DESIGN
Timberlyne is an industry innovator in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its application in everything from design and fabrication to logistics. With the strategic implementation of proprietary design scripts, Timberlyne will ensure efficiency and precision while coordinating your project details. We will analyze system combinations specific to project parameters, assist with budget checks, and provide indicative connections and solutions. The Timberlyne team’s BIM expertise provides a secure design assistance process as we make your vision a reality. We work through virtual runs before fabrication begins to optimize the sequencing of delivery and installation.
FABRICATE
We’ve been prefabricating timber solutions for decades. Timberlyne owns 125,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities in Texas and Nebraska. At these facilities, our expert employees process timber using three Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines for unmatched capabilities. Our newest machine, Hundegger’s ROBOT-Max, is the world’s largest and most capable CNC machine. This machine offers single-pass processing of timbers up to 24x51 inches. Using robotics enables us to provide partners with complicated cuts and design options unique to their projects. Our skilled artisans have years of experience and follow rigorous quality control when finishing and prefabricating our structures.
INSTALL
Our in-house team has been installing prefabricated timber structures for over 35 years. Verticality allows us to derisk the delivery and management of large mass timber projects for our general contracting partners. Our experienced install team will coordinate equipment, site preparation, and installation of your mass timber project. We know your time is valuable, and our logistics team is ready to create timely solutions for every build. Safety is a top priority throughout all stages of any project.
